Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our tools. Because we provide a fully functional Free Tier at no cost, all paid upgrades to Creator Plus and Creator Pro are final.

1. Try Before You Buy

The Free Tier is available permanently at no charge. It includes single-file AI opt-out shielding, GPS stripping, and device metadata removal. You can fully test the core processing engine on your own device before purchasing any paid tier.

2. No Refunds (All Sales Are Final)

Because you can test the processing engine for free before purchasing, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations for Creator Plus or Creator Pro purchases. Both are one-time payments and both are final.

3. Special Exceptions

We only consider refund exceptions under the following extreme circumstances:

  • Technical System Malfunction: In the rare event that a purchased license key fails to activate due to database/server-side validation errors, and our technical support desk is unable to resolve the issue or issue a working replacement key within 5 business days of contact.
  • Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the Creator Pro tier multiple times in immediate succession, we will gladly refund the duplicate transactions upon verification of the duplicate license keys (which will then be deactivated).

4. Contact Support

If you are experiencing any technical issues activating your license key or have questions about duplicate transactions, please reach out to our dedicated support desk at support [at] verimedia.xyz with your Order ID.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before reaching out to support will result in the immediate and permanent deactivation of your Creator Pro license key and all associated device seats. We strive to handle all support tickets within 24 hours.

Can I test before buying?

Yes. The free tier lets you test local file cleaning before choosing Plus or Pro.

What if my license key does not activate?

Contact support with your order ID. If activation cannot be resolved or replaced within the stated support window, the exception policy applies.

Are duplicate purchases refundable?

Verified accidental duplicate purchases can be refunded after the duplicate license is deactivated.
