1. Transparent Testing (Try Before You Buy)
To ensure VeriMedia meets your metadata stripping and copyright licensing needs, we offer the **Standard Tier 100% free of charge, forever**.
2. Strictly No Refunds (All Sales Are Final)
Since you have the ability to thoroughly test all EXIF stripping, metadata purges, and licensing tags on your own hardware before upgrading, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for Creator Pro purchases.
3. Special Exceptions
We only consider refund exceptions under the following extreme circumstances:
- Technical System Malfunction: In the rare event that a purchased license key fails to activate due to database/server-side validation errors, and our technical support desk is unable to resolve the issue or issue a working replacement key within 5 business days of contact.
- Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the Creator Pro tier multiple times in immediate succession, we will gladly refund the duplicate transactions upon verification of the duplicate license keys (which will then be deactivated).

5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before reaching out to support will result in the immediate and permanent deactivation of your Creator Pro license key and all associated device seats. We strive to handle all support tickets within 24 hours.

What if my license key does not activate?
Contact support with your order ID. If activation cannot be resolved or replaced within the stated support window, the exception policy applies.
Are duplicate purchases refundable?
Verified accidental duplicate purchases can be refunded after the duplicate license is deactivated.
